Professor Andrew Horne, MB ChB, PhD, FRCOG, FRCP Edin, FRSE, is a leading expert in women's health, focusing on endometriosis and pelvic pain. He holds the position of Professor of Gynaecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Edinburgh and serves as Honorary Consultant Gynaecologist with NHS Lothian.

As the Director of the Centre for Reproductive Health at the University of Edinburgh, Professor Horne has significantly advanced research in endometriosis, authoring over 200 peer-reviewed scientific articles.

He co-founded and co-directs the EXPPECT Centre for Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis in Edinburgh, a hub that integrates clinical care with scientific research to develop innovative treatments for pelvic pain in collaboration with commercial partners.
