Dana Jones

Dana Jones has twenty years of experience in all facets of strategic Human Resources leadership.  This includes talent management, change management, leadership, professional development, and organization development.  Dana joined Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 2015 and has held various roles during her eight-year tenure.   In her current role as Senior Director, HR Business Partner, she provides HR strategic support to the Commercial organization with clients in the Cardiometabolic, Ophthalmology, and Commercial Operations divisions. 

Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from American University/National Training Laboratory of Applied Behavioral Sciences, a BA in Communications from Villanova University, and multiple certifications, including ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentials and certifications in Situational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence 2.0.

She’s a mommy to a 20-month-old son Chase.  In addition to spending time with him, she enjoys exercising mainly Zumba, spending time with friends and family, and traveling around the world.  Most recent trips were to Bali, South Africa, Alaska, and Italy.
