Dr. Daniel Camburn, OMD, Acupuncture Physician, Master Herbalist has maintained a clinical practice since 1997, specializing in internal medicine, emotional disorders, and gynecology. Daniel has developed a very effective system of treating the emotional origins of disease. He firmly believes that emotional pathologies are the origins of nearly all disease, including most musculoskeletal complaints. Whether treating aches and pains, or serious internal disease, Daniel has prescribed more than 20,000 unique raw herb formulas, and more than 10,000 unique granule formulas – with outstanding success in the majority of cases, demonstrating his rare level of Master Herbalist. At the same time, Daniel teaches patients proper nutrition, utilizes supplements, and concentrates on changes in perspective and behavior above all else. For eleven years, Daniel was a professor and clinical supervisor at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, in NYC. Additionally, he was a professor and clinical supervisor at the Tri-State College of Acupuncture for three years. He has served as the director of several acupuncture programs, including two years at Yonkers General Hospital, and four years at the Berkley Center for Reproductive Wellness. He also served for two years as a professor, practitioner, and clinical supervisor at the Texas Health and Science University, in Austin.
