Leila Adamyan, MD, PhD

Dr. Leila Adamyan is the head specialist for obstetrics and gynecology at the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation; an academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences; vice director of the Russian Federal Scientific Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology, head of the department of reproductive medicine and surgery in postgraduate education at Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry.
Dr. Adamyan has overseen 29 international congresses that featured more than 150 leading international experts and included more than 15,000 participants. She possesses 21 certificates of authorship and has contributed to more than 1,000 national and international publications, which includes writing 14 monographs and guidelines, five atlases, and 11 chapters.
For her contribution to the science and practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Russia she was awarded the Title “Honored Master of Science of Russian Federation” and received an Acknowledgement by the Government of Russian Federation in the Field of Science and Technics for “Introduction of Endoscopic Technologies in Gynecology” in 2002. In 2009, 2014, 2019 she was honored the Orders for Services to the Fatherland IV, III and II Degrees by the Presidents of Russia in Kremlin.
