Rosa Aliberti

Rosa Aliberti started working as a paralegal with Laurie Berke-Weiss in 2008.  She completed her law degree from the evening division of St. John’s University School of Law in 2016, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Iona College. Ms. Aliberti is an employment lawyer with deep experience in the field.  She works on diverse labor and employment law matters, including wage and hour cases, disability discrimination, workplace investigations, and severance, employment, and non-compete agreements. She has handled numerous workplace discrimination complaints before government agencies, including the U.S. EEOC and NYS Division of Human Rights, and frequently represents clients in federal and state court actions.  Ms. Aliberti has written widely about pregnancy discrimination.  She is an active member of the New York Bar, and is a member of the Board of Dancing in the Streets, a Bronx-based non-profit supporting urban dance artists.
