Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and organized Program Coordinator to join our dynamic ENPOWR team. The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the program's day-to-day activities, including volunteer management, school and community outreach, scheduling presentations, data management, training webinars, creation of health promotion materials, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage program volunteers (Endo Educators), providing logistic support and resources throughout their engagement with the program.
- Conduct outreach to schools and community organizations to schedule and coordinate ENPOWR Project presentations and workshops.
- Assist in onboarding and training of program volunteers, including coordination and scheduling of monthly training webinars.
Data Collection and Maintenance:
- Support data collection by compiling program metrics from various sources into a central database.
- Assist with the development and delivery of quarterly data reviews to ensure fidelity of program data and impact assessment.
- Disseminate data reports to community members and stakeholders, compiling feedback and input as given.
Health Content Creation:
- Contribute to the creation of engaging health promotion materials focusing on endometriosis and menstrual health.
- Manage the program’s social media account (in conjunction with other team members), which may include creating health-oriented graphics, scheduling, and engagement to promote program activities and reach target audiences.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Some travel to annual conferences may be required to promote the program among key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, education, social sciences, or related field.
- Previous experience in program coordination, preferably in a non-profit or public health setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in volunteer management and/or community outreach is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of endometriosis and menstrual health education is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
