WORDS FROM OUR RUNNERS
"I do not have endo, but my daughter did, and it changed our lives forever. I run not for the finish line, but for her, for the many women I know now, and the countless lives affected by adenomyosis and endometriosis. It is an honor and privilege to run the NYC marathon with Team Endo Strong. Together, we run with our hearts to be a voice for the silent struggle of so many.”
- Sarah Austin
"Crossing the finish line of the 2023 NYC Marathon as part of Team EndoStrong was an incredible experience. To achieve something I once thought impossible as an endo patient, while also helping to spread awareness of a disease that has impacted millions of women, meant so much to me. I am forever thankful for the support of the Endometriosis Foundation of America and my fellow teammates who encouraged me every step of the way. "
-Lindsay Jankovitz, NY
