Blossom Ball 2012

It is with great pleasure that the Endometriosis Foundation of America invites you to our Fourth Annual Blossom Ball.

Cucu Diamantes is a Grammy nominated Cuban-American singer, songwriter, actress and philanthropist. Her 2009 solo debut Cuculand received a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best Alternative Song, "Mas Fuerte". Diamantes is also cofounder and lead singer of Grammy nominated New York City fusion band Yerba Buena. A frequent collaborator, Diamantes has worked with Carlinhos Brown, Yotuel Romero,Lenine, Fat Boy Slim, Meshell Ndegocello, Vico C, Les Nubians, Rosi de Palma, John Leguizamo, Paulina Rubio, Aleks Syntek, and Beto Cuevas, among others.   Professor Hugh S. Taylor, MD Professor Hugh S. Taylor, MD is the Director of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and a Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Sciences, Molecular, Cellular & Developmental Biology, Yale University, as well as Director of the Yale Center for Endometrium & Endometriosis. He is considered among the world's foremost authorities on stem cell research and is an expert in infertility; in vitro fertilization; reproductive surgery; congenital anomalies; diethylstilbesterol (DES) exposure; implantation/endometrial receptivity; endometriosis; menopause; polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); recurrent pregnancy loss (1st trimester) and fibroids.
     
  Charles Koh, MD Charles Koh, MD is an infertility microsurgeon who merged the art of microsurgery to laparoscopic surgery, and performed the world's first laparoscopic microsurgical tubal anastomosis in 1992. He has applied this convergence to the art of radical endometriosis surgery with fertility preservation and organ repair for the past 20 years. He has created many innovations, inventions, and techniques for advances laparoscopic surgery--he lectures and performs demonstration surgeries around the world. In 2009, Dr. Koh was awarded the Distinguished Surgeon Award from the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, American Society of Reproductive Medicine. He is the former President of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons (2009).
