Hi everyone. I'm Padma Lakshmi. One of the co-founders of the Endometriosis Foundation of America. And I want to welcome you to our virtual patients conference. The first of its kind. I hope you enjoy this program. I hope you get a lot of information. And more than anything, I hope you get to share your stories with us and with each other. We co-founded this organization over 10 years ago to be advocates for you, the patients with this terrible disease. We've made great strides in the last decades.
