I can't express my happiness and joy to see you, and in the next couple days, also couple day and patient day considered. And I think when I look back, I really stand firmly in my belief that ever before 15 years ago, that we are doing the right thing. We are standing in our ground and defending something that we believe very few have recognized in our field of gynecology or public health for women's equality health. And there's no other disease that stand in the nucleus of what we consider good in life than what we are looking into. And I really believe it for all my entity. So what brings us today is the team. I'm a Beatles fan. I know every song, not like Paul Verini, but he's a scholar. So the theme is, your mother should know, and I added Your doctor slash sciences should know better.

So what that says is endometriosis is largely hereditary. We recognize it more and more. It doesn't have to be very proximal, but it is more genetic and familial at times. It's a molecular disease no matter how you look at it. So from the birth of the lesion to the most advanced form, we are going to cover from form every spectrum from each hand, I hope. And I'm really happy to see people who have been with us from the beginning 15 years ago. I see them here and I'm touched and grateful. So there's a huge gap between scientists and surgeons. And many scientists think that they know endometriosis. Many surgeons think they know endometriosis, but the gap is less than it was 50 years ago. But it's still huge. And also there's a gap between patients and doctors. There are expectations on what we do for them.

So that's why we are here today, advancing the science to advance the science and surgery and treatment of endometriosis. And we have come so far and I like to thank. I always forget to thank my staff, the foundation staff, Jean Lar, Carolyn Meyer, Sarper, and Claire and Andrew, Dr. Martin for standing by me. He's a great scholar. And for those of you who have traveled from abroad to join us, I'm very privileged for those who came from United States everywhere. And trust me, I don't see anybody from my hospital here except my only best friend. Dr. Ak, thank you for coming and let's hit the road. Thank you.
